New Types exhibition & catalogue

New Types exhibition, the Israel Museum (Jerusalem): research for the exhibition and writing for the catalogue.

The exhibition presents the work of three German-born Jewish designers: Moshe Spitzer, Henri Friedlaender and Franzisca Baruch. The catalogue accompanying the exhibition is the first publication of its kind, bringing to the surface history of Hebrew typography, books and visual identity.

התערוכה מציגה את עבודותיהם של שלושה מעצבים יהודים אשר נולדו בגרמניה: משה שפיצר, הנרי פרידלנדר ופרנצ׳סקה ברוך. הקטלוג הנרחב המלווה את התערוכה הוא הפרסום הראשון מסוגו, אשר מוציא לאור היסטוריה של עיצוב טיפוגרפי, ספרים וזהות ויזואלית.
